假如mm随着父母在143下过去的话，2年后能拿austudy, youth allowance等福利吗？

10年等候期又是甚么意思。。方才问operator, 他也就随意翻翻书，就回我。。觉得不太对啊，他就是按正常的说，10年等候期是养老金，其余的都是两年。。。
