PR请求期间能够把刚生小孩加进请求吗

我是885PR请求人，老婆要回国生孩子，我想问问假如孩子在境外出世，能够在把宝宝带回澳洲，加在请求里吗。我查了一下移民局网站，解释是‘You may include in your application a child that is born after you lodge your application but before your application is decided. Your child is automatically taken to have applied at birth and to have made a combined application with you.’但并无说境外能够不，此外我也不知道刚生的宝宝可不成以来澳洲。哪位敌人知道的请回答一下。谢谢各位好意人。
