676 延期问题

妈妈去年请求的676签证，请求1年的只批了6个月的，没有8503， 而后往年1月出境。我想再延期3个月，这类状况是否不克不及网上请求，只能PAPER APPLICATION啊？谢谢

If you intend to stay more than six months from the date you last entered Australia, or currently hold a visa other than those listed above, you will be required to lodge a paper application to extend your stay at any office of the department.
