求助请求配偶PR问题，只有放弃夫妻瓜葛PR永远无效仍是有时间限度？

自己是澳籍，曾经怀孕，现帮老公请求PR，资料大略明确，就是有个疑难，据说能够在国际请求，批上去不必到澳洲登陆，只有放弃夫妻瓜葛PR永远无效？仍是需求一起在澳洲糊口一按时间？仍是配偶必需一年或几年外在澳洲呆满多少时间？听到不少这样那样的说法，有谁能来个权威的讲法？当初的最新政策变为怎样了？配偶只请求PR，不入籍。谢谢~

签证上去了，确定要到澳来激活签证，并且假如请求的是309，在国际请求，来是TR，要从请求309那天起两年能力请求填表转成PR（要转成PR必需担保人违心持续担保被担保人，即必需放弃婚姻瓜葛），这两年从刚开始激活签证当前，在澳糊口也行，在中国糊口也行，没无限制，转成PR即请求100胜利当前签证是五年，要续签得五年外在澳住满2年。

这个是第一次据说呢。

有这个说法的， 不外正确的应该是：
you may be granted a permanent visa without having to wait if you can demonstrate one of the following:

•at the time you apply for the visa, you have been in a married or de facto relationship with your partner for three years or more
•at the time you apply, you have been in a married or de facto relationship with your partner for two years or more, and there is a dependent child of your relationship
•your partner was granted a Protection visa or a permanent visa under the humanitarian program and you were in the relationship before the visa was granted and this had been declared to the department at the time.

移民网站的COPY过去的。你的孩子尚无生，你老公应该不合用这个吧。或者你们结婚3年或3年以上。
不然国际请求TR309，2年后转PR100。拿到309后需求登陆激活，2年等候期不必在一同， 只有2年后你们的瓜葛依然是继续存在的，就能转100了。

假如你说的是5年后续签，我感觉夫妻一方是澳洲公民，就知足续签前提。
5年里住满2年只是续签的3个前提之一。只有合乎恣意一个前提就能续签。
