What kind of document can proof there are more than half number children live in Aus.

I have a China Nortial Certificate show I am the child of my parent. But did not say I am the only one child. Sould I just write a family composition by hand and send to I妹妹i?

Or something else?

If the case officer asks for the Criminal check when my parents living in Aus with Visa 676, do they have to go back to China to do that?
