求教请求676遇到一个问题

我和我老公当初在澳洲，当初想请求我妈妈过去关照月子。在填写48r中Part E遇到一个问题。
PartE 24 In the last 5 years, have you or any other person included in this application, visited, or lived outside your country of passport for more than 3 consecutive months?
这外面提到的other person包罗我和我老公吗？

不包罗吧。
应该是指你妈妈。

“you or any other person included in this application”，就是指请求表格中的请求人，也就是你妈妈
