父母付费移民的无犯法公证

求教一下办过的敌人，当初是通知要交Police Certificates。有点很困惑，甚么叫：
Current Original police certificate is supplied - certified copies will not be accepted.   
当初国际的无刑事犯法公证的流程好像都是，从公证处拿到一份固定格局的文档，让派出所签字，而后就能做公证了。所以怎么能提供： Current Original police certificate?

由于家中只要老母亲一集体，不想让她再辛勤的去打听了，还请办过的敌人指导一下。

Provide Police Certificates for:  
From every country you have resided in for a cumulative total of one year or more in
the last ten years.
  Please ensure that the  Current Original police certificate is supplied - certified
copies will not be accepted.   
  Documents in a language other than English  must be accompanied with an
English translation from an authorised/accredited translator.
