父母付费移民 关于子女的pr有甚么要求吗？需求拿到pr后住满两年再请求吗？

担保人必需是已安置（settled）上去的永居或公民，通常状况以为寓居2年后为已安置，然而有些状况能够不必2年，只有拿出证据证实本人是曾经安置的永居就能了，例如提供寓居状况的证据、银行卡、汽车，等等
