Council那边批准了砍掉后院的三棵树。然而我注意到permit外面写要从新种新的树回去。

然而好像也没说一定要是三棵树。假如要种新的树，有时间上的要求吗？好比一定要在砍完当前多少时间种回去。有无人有相似的教训？
此外就是砍树的报价是 remove to ground level and poisoning. 我的了解就是会有一个树桩子留在高空。有须要加钱把树桩也去掉吗？Grind or remove?
