用TPG网络需求waive rights under customer service guarantee???大家都是这样的吗？

家里想装unlimited internet. 收到了TPG 的邮件

‘Please be advised that we supply the service in a slightly different way than other

companies. Because of this, we require that you waive your rights under the Customer

Service Guarantee. The Customer Service Guarantee entitles you to receive compensation

in a number of circumstances, including for example, where there is a delay in installing the

service, or repairing a fault, or where we miss appointments. You are under no obligation to

consent to the waiver. However, if you do not wish to waive the Customer Service

Guarantee, we will not be able to supply you with a home phone service.

Please reply to this email if you want to still proceed with the relocation.

当初的tpg曾经不如之前了速度还不如dodo 价钱也没有劣势
还签霸王条款。。。头脑要末坏掉了
