求问配偶移民间接PR的前提

老公办我移民，我在国际。咱们结婚快3年了，在国际独特糊口2年摆布，还没小孩。目前不知道是到了3年之后请求仍是当初立刻请求，由于想假如能间接PR最佳的，可是短暂配偶瓜葛的前提究竟是怎么解释？是结婚3年就能了，仍是结婚而且住在一同3年，仍是甚么呢？

三年以上婚姻瓜葛，并一同寓居三年以上，我刚刚办的，间接拿pr。

In most cases, permanent residence cannot be granted less than 2 years from when you lodge your
application. You may, however, be granted a permanent visa without having to fulfi l the usual two-year
waiting period if:
• at the time you apply, you have been in a partner relationship with your partner for
3 years or more, or 2 years or more if you and your partner have a dependent child of your
relationship; or
• your partner was granted a Protection visa or a permanent visa under the humanitarian program
and you were in the relationship before the visa was granted and this had been declared to the
department at the time.
