合同上这么写的。。
Full_time employees are entitled to 20 working days annual leave for each completed 十二-month period of continue service.Such leave is calculated on a pro-rata basis for part time emplyees,or for any period of service that is less than 十二 months.
我在公司是次要处置和员工投诉以及Fair Trading交涉的,不理解其余的州,NSW的规范合同是这样的,“on a pro-rata basis for” 意思是你假如呆的时间不敷一年,就Pro Rata 20天。但据我所知,有一般的公司是有本人的规则,一定要在service一年以上才能够take AL, esp for Matunity or parenting leave.所以能够和公司的HR在确认一下!
