QUESTION 8: Have you or any other person included in this application ever been refused an entry permit or visa in Australia?


Does this question mean the application in Australia, which does not include the application in China?

My parents applied for 676 and have been refused once in China. Shall I answer this question YES or NO?

If u answer yes, u must give details. so do not worries.
我的了解是不管在澳境内递的请求，仍是澳洲境外递的请求，都算。
也不知情理解得对不合错误，等高人来解答吧~~
并且就算答了YES，你还要给detail的，officer会看的吧，所以别耽心
