入籍，overseas 期间无刑证实的问题求助

筹备入籍文档。其中对于good character，有这么一条：

You will need to provide original penal clearance certificates from overseas countries if, since the grant of your permanent Australian visa:
you lived or travelled overseas since the age of 18 years or over
the total time spent overseas added up to 十二 months or more
the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days
you are requested to do so by the department.


自己PR后在中国和此外一个国度都住过3个月以上，请问这个是必需的吗？ 最初一个前提是“you are requested to do so by the department.” 是不是能够以为，假如department没有要求是不是能够不必去请求penal clearance certificates from overseas countries 。也就是了解为，提交入籍请求时能够不必提交海内的无刑证实。

我也是这样以为的。不是要在一个国度呆满十二个月才需求无犯法吗？
我看我有一个敌人请求入籍，人家都没要无犯法，她也没有做。

你先网上提请求，看要不要，有时分很松的，我本人的出世证实就没有查。
