i heard there is a policy come up in 01/07/13 saying PR need to have visa to come back to China?

yes, i cannot find this info in China Embassy website but still heard this news around and no where to verify this.

根本就是4楼的说法，之前收音机里听到过，传来传去的变为当初这样了,
其实和澳洲护照去中国请求的中国签证基本2嘛事，基本就不是啥签证

so called 本国人is foreigner who hold other country passport and not permenant resident.

So only PR who plan to live in China permenantly need to get approval from China gov....

understand now... if travel to China for a couple of month, it should be fine?
