明天收到老妈143签证28天补料的信了,但有一点很奇怪

信的结尾这样写:

If any of the applicants are outside Australia they must make arrangements to enter Australia as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once all the requirements are met, the final instalment will be requested with an expectation that it be paid within 28 days.  All applicants must be in Australia at the time of the grant decision.   If the applicants are outside Australia at the time when the department requested the 2nd vac payment, they must make arrangements to enter Australia within 28 days.

貌似是要求一切请求人必需尽快进入澳洲.但我记得按照移民局网页,143签证grant的时分人应该是在境外的吧,不知道老妈究竟是应该在境内仍是境外.

记得年岁大的白叟是境内请求，境内下签。
普通白叟是境外请求，境外下签

请求时是境外请求的,不是年轻的,普通的143.

估量是CO搞错了吧，143都是请求人一定要在境外的啊
