103签证后-资料筹备后应该做甚么??

请问大家,假如把资料都筹备好了,是否把资料和form发到下列地址:

而后就等扣钱和等拿排号?请问我要在网上请求吗?仍是间接把一切资料寄到移民局就行?

弱弱问一下,假如我是独生子女,是否只需求筹备form 47pa, form 40 and 956 a就行啦?
