【小编倡议：听4遍以上】
1. 泛听：先泛听一遍下面的音频，而后对比对于文本记载下本人没有听出来的单词或者连读。
2. 精听与对比对于：再听几遍，直到本人把能听懂的整个都听懂为止，剩下的进行逐字逐句校对，弄懂一切生词、表白以及连读之处。
3. 盲听与减速：盲听两到三遍，纯熟后将音频减速至1.25倍速甚至1.5倍速，感触本人的提高。
4. 跟读与复述：对音频跟读或复述，进一步进步对文本的纯熟水平。
这是一个磨耳朵的进程。天天听几分钟，假以光阴，听力程度天然就会日新月异~
