如题，父亲中风后遗症，体检之后被要求再做一个精力专科的反省，讲演曾经提交，然而明天咱们的移民官说在他们的Medical officer手里没有经过，当初再给时机陈说或者有其余病历甚么的在能够提交下去，然而不担保能过。
原话是“I consider that a hypothetical person with this disease or condition, at the same severity as the
applicant, would be likely to require health care or co妹妹unity services during the period specified
above.Provision of these health care and/or co妹妹unity services would be likely to result in a significant
cost to the Australian co妹妹unity in the areas of health care and/or co妹妹unity services.”
我感觉是否次要问题就是解决这个“significant cost”的问题？
求助各路高人支招啊，父母是一同请求的，没用移民代理，父亲拒了的话，母亲也会被拒。都60多岁了，就我一个孩子，被拒再走司法顺序就更纠结了，求助啊
