父母初次600投亲签证疑难

两周前帮父母请求了一年的600投亲游览签证，明天收到体检信，同时签证官在信中说到＂  I also note that your child is an Australian permanent resident/citizen.  Our department policy supports the grant of a long validity visa in your   case,  18  months validity with multiple entry, and providing for a stay  in  Australia of up to 十二 months on each entry, subject to the provision  of health insurance evidence.＂
求教达人这个是甚么意思呀？和600一年的游览签证有甚么区分呢？
