600签证表格里对于胸透历史问题

以前管理投亲签证被拒,其中体检过程当中已经查出胸透有暗影，但随后的各项反省包罗痰造就等终究显示是没有问题的，那末这次从新管理600亲属担保签证中1418表格有个问题 Have you:
ever had, or currently have, tuberculosis?
been in close contact with a family member that has active tuberculosis?
ever had a chest x-ray which showed an abnormality?
原先填了yes，而且给出details：yes, the chest x-ray done in 20十一0 did show an abnormality, but the result of the following sputum culture was benign.
但比来转念一想，感觉既然终究后果是正常的，是否就索性不用这么罗嗦，间接写no呢？
这次管理的只是三个月的投亲签证，按理说是不需求体检的。并且据说这些请求都是case by case的，不会查原先的一大堆历史。
有谁理解的说说看？
