有人用过Jetstar price match 吗？ 之前好像有online chat, 当初都有打电话了？

使用过，就像你说的，之前能够间接在网上搞掂，当初要自己亲身电话了。
我刚PRICE MATCH了AIR ASIA去BALI的票，4个小孩儿2个小孩，来回加行李总共十二00，PERTH登程。
只是要留意DOMESTIC的必需在1个小时以内，INTERNATIONAL的是1日以内能够MATCH。

I tried before. They only match if flights are exact match. has to be same time and same airport. I once asked them to price match a virgin flight from Melb to Syd. They refused me because the virgin flight was 15 min earlier!!! I only use them coz I have got a voucher. They are very tight with the price match policy.

不会啊。我曾Match虎航的，由于班机多，但只有是相差1小时内的航班都可。
