请问103父母移民的父母出世公证大家怎么办的？我家白叟都没有出世证啊，貌似很难办啊。

这个不是必需的
用护照公证替代
Certified copies of birth certificates showing both parents’ names for you and any other person included in the application. If you do not have a birth certificate and are unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following documents:
 passport
 family book showing both parents’ names
 identification document issued by the government
 documents issued by a court that verifies your identity.
If you are unable to provide one of these documents, you must provide other acceptable evidence that you are who you claim to be.

我以前了解也是这样的，起初看阿谁请求表最初的check list除了护照公证，又列了一项出世公证，我就confuse了，请问你是胜利递交了吗？谢谢

無出世證也能够辦理出世公證。在中國問公證處，他們會告訴你提供什麽资料。

我就是问了一下，貌似异样繁琐，要到父母出世地居委会开证实再去公证，父母在异地出世，再回老家，翻历史真实是费事啊

次要他们的资料也都在国际，这边翻译签字还得再弄过去，还不如他们间接那边弄好给我寄过去

假如没出世证，就去派出所做一个出世证实，而后再拿到公证处公证就能了

假如必需要的话，LZ能够让他们去国际公证处要一张出世公证表，而后去户口所在地派出所，就能填表管理，再拿回公证处公证就能了。

这个出世公证现在也让我纠结了很久，最初用的是父母的护照公证。真实是姑苏办不出来，去派出所，人说你又不是从出世就住咱们这里的，怎么帮你开。出世地派出所吧，当初老城区革新甚么的，有的都没有了。姑苏公证处胆子小，不敢开。最初只能护照公证了事。好在资料交了，钱也扣了。

还有阿谁visa number我也没填，真实是没法查。反正父母的护照号码和出出境日期都填了，移民局的零碎里他们本人能查到的。

就是在户口所在地派出所开证实就行了，再到公证处公证，我当年就是这样办的，户口上有出世地这一项。每个中央做法有甚么不同那就不分明了。阿谁年代的人没有出世证吧
