澳洲公民死在海内，骨灰带回澳洲需求甚么手续吗？

敌人可怜在中国逝世，太太和孩子曾经在返回中国的途中。一家都是澳洲公民。

请问假如敌人在本地火化，家眷把骨灰带回，需求管理甚么手续吗？中国方面和澳洲方面。
